How do I contact Movers?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Movers Corp including the Mover's contact information. In addition, the requested Mover will contact you within 24 hours of placing the order.

Do Movers work on weekends and holidays?

In most areas they do. Just enter your zip code and desired moving day to find available Movers.

Is there anything that Movers will not move?

There are some items Movers do not transport such as jewelry, cash, hazardous materials, firearms because of existing rules and regulations. You can contact your Movers directly before the moving day if you have any specific questions. For more information refer to What Not To Pack and Move page.

Do movers assemble/disassemble furniture?

Most of the Movers do. Click on the Movers' profiles to see all provided services. It is also recommended to ask all necessary questions before the moving day. For more information refer to Furniture Disassembly and Assembly

Is there any minimum time requirement?

Some Movers may require minimum hours of service. For more accurate information please check Movers' profiles.

What if the Mover accepts my order but does not show up?

We'll do our best to find other movers in your area, or issue a full refund.

Movers arrived late and immediately said they would not be able to finish in one day. They ended up charging 3 times what the quote was. They had no skill in packing a container whatsoever. They wasted time and did not complete the job. DO NOT USE THEM

They were few hrs late b/c of circumstance out of their control. Once arrived, they completed the job in about 2hrs like they promised. They were very courteous and worked hard & fast to complete the job. They did a great job & would recommend to others.
