How soon do I need to schedule my move?

Reservation is based on availability. In order to ensure the desired day, place your order as soon as possible. Usually, the weekends and the end of the month are peak times in the moving industry.

Are Movers licensed and insured?

Some Movers are, some Movers are not. Please check the Movers' profiles for insurance and licensing information. If the Movers are licensed, they will publish their license information (USDOT#) in their profile. Movers Corp does not insure or protect Customers or Movers.

Are Movers employees of Movers Corp?

No, they are not. They are moving services providers in their areas.

Do Movers work on weekends and holidays?

In most areas they do. Just enter your zip code and desired moving day to find available Movers.

Do movers assemble/disassemble furniture?

Most of the Movers do. Click on the Movers' profiles to see all provided services. It is also recommended to ask all necessary questions before the moving day. For more information refer to Furniture Disassembly and Assembly

What if the Mover accepts my order but does not show up?

We'll do our best to find other movers in your area, or issue a full refund.

Dwight and Mike were incredibly friendly, efficient and professional. A cross-country move can be a stressful thing, but their help unloading my boxes and furniture removed an enormous amount of stress for me. Thank you so much!

Dwight and Mike did a fantastic job on our recent move. They were professional, helpful, knew their business well (managed to pack a van to the last inch of space!) and were very accommodating during a complex move. Highly recommend!

They showed up late, damaged and scratched furniture and walls, and worst of all, after truck was totally loaded they forgot to pack the refrigerator. The owner promised to resolve, but never did. Avoid this company or you'll be sorry.

Movers arrived five hours late (9:00 p.m.) requiring flashlights for loading. No padding was used to protect the furniture. However, nothing was damaged and no extra truck fee was charged. Nice men but not very professional. I will not rehire them.

Dwight, Mike and Dexter were extremely helpful and moved my furniture with care. They fixed my broken pieces and made sure I was happy when the job was done. I would trust them again if I ever move. I would recommend them to everyone. What a great team!

Showed up without right equipment - no tape or plastic wrap. Moved armoire in wrong equipment -U-haul trailer too small. Was rocking as they tried to load. Dolly had flat tire and left black tread marks on new entry way. No trust to move up stairs.

Dwight and the entire D&M team did a great job unloading my 8x16 POD (packed full!). They worked an extra hour to get the job complete and dealt with a challenging elevator system and long hallway without a single complain. I will use them again!

Poor equipment to move a vintage stove. A small hand truck with no strap led to a dented and scratched stove. Stove slipped off hand truck ascending my stairs. We used my larger h-truck to get stove in. Do I have recourse, insurance? Good guys though.

These guys are great! They showed up a few minutes late (but they picked up a truck for me) but when they arrived it was go time. These guys hustled all day and even stayed an additional 2 hours to get the job done! I highly recommend them!!!!!
