How do I contact Movers?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Movers Corp including the Mover's contact information. In addition, the requested Mover will contact you within 24 hours of placing the order.

Is there anything that Movers will not move?

There are some items Movers do not transport such as jewelry, cash, hazardous materials, firearms because of existing rules and regulations. You can contact your Movers directly before the moving day if you have any specific questions. For more information refer to What Not To Pack and Move page.

Do movers assemble/disassemble furniture?

Most of the Movers do. Click on the Movers' profiles to see all provided services. It is also recommended to ask all necessary questions before the moving day. For more information refer to Furniture Disassembly and Assembly

Is there any minimum time requirement?

Some Movers may require minimum hours of service. For more accurate information please check Movers' profiles.

What about if the move requires more time than I paid for?

Contact Movers Corp to place another order or you may pay to your Mover directly.

What about if the move takes less time than I paid for?

Movers are paid for the predetermined amount of time you ordered regardless of the actual time taken to perform the service. We suggest that any extra time to be used for any additional services the Mover can provide such as unpacking or furniture assembly.

They were late, unable to complete job with the two people that came to the house. They were unprepared and did not know how to assemble bed frame, they broke my mirror that attaches top my dresser. They said they would come back later that evening with a replacement mirror and they never returned. They texted later that night saying they would instead come back the next morning to fix it and they never did. Unprofessional. Unsatisfied.

I hired these movers to move my furniture within my home and they did a good job. I was able to find them at the last minute and they were ready to work. They had a positive attitude and good work ethics. I'd recommend them and use them again if ever needed.

Movers were prompt, efficient, and focused. They made sure I was satisfied with their work before they left. They did not seem to mind that I changed my mind on where furniture should be located and had to move it again. They were also very skilled in putting together my bed after I lost the screws. They found other screws that could be used. I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them to others for helping with a move.

Although I was at work, my wife and son worked with the 2 gentlemen that were there to unload our trailer. They were very courteous and did an awesome job. I would recommend King & Queen Moving to anyone that needs moving assistance.

Hired them for 2hrs to help load heavy items on moving truck, They were 1hr late. They did a lot of standing around, and worked very slowly, they didn't bring shrink wrap as requested, my furniture got messed up because they didn't use the padding I provided, we asked if they would help with the heavy items and they said they would start with the boxes, which left us moving our heavy items ourselves, WE are very DISAPPOINTED! WASTED MONEY!

The movers moved me locally – within the same town. Everything went according to plan. They were fast and hard workers. I had a good experience from the guy that helped me book the move to the movers who helped on a moving day. I'd hire them again.

There was a slight delay in their arrival due to someone calling in sick, but that was not a real issue. The two guys sent out were hard workers and took care when moving our stuff. I would use them again if needed and recommend them to others.

Aside from a few small hiccups, the movers did an excellent job. They were friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient with their time. They were very reasonably priced and accommodated our last minute request.
