- Needed to rent a few large units. We went to check out some of Look's large value units and standard units. I was happy to see how clean the manager James keeps the entire facility. They had the units I needed and the price was right. James made the process quick and easy. I must of asked him 30 questions, he had a legitimate answer for each. He walked us through the entire facility pointing out the amenities and security features. Customer service is extraordinary. Highly recommend this storage facility!!

- We did everything online. Had our moving in day. Which was great. Except for I went down to the office three different times to speak with somebody about a couple things I needed, and to see if you guys needed anything else from me. And no one was there even though the note on the door said they were on the property, and would be right back. We waited for over an hour! No one ever came back to the office to help us, or the other man that was waiting with us. Otherwise the property was OK.
