- They were extremely helpful and kind at Storage Mart. Just had a little mix up as far as sizing with the storage units. Signed up for a 10/20 ft unit and instead got two 10/10's. My moving company moved me into 1 of my 10/10's, but even with the mix up they won't allow me to only pay for one. So now I'm currently paying for an empty storage unit that I don't use.
