- The front desk lady was extreemly helpful and very pleasant I could not have asked for a better person. The rental experience was good but unfortunately they did not have any internal storage that was air conditioned. I had to store all 21 of my computers a server and my phone system in my living room of my house (which was free and airconditioned too) I ended up just putting furniture and storage racks in my Public Storage outside storage due to heat and humidity factors. The facility was easy to get to great hours great access. I will use public storage again but a note. In your on line info please be sure to tell everyone that will rent a unit at Public Storage, There is a State Rental Tax in Florida, There is a mandatory requirement of Insurance Rental Policy, and a $22 Administration Fee.

When I entered the facility I was greeted by a lady named Melissa. She filled me in with all the details and facts needed for me to start storing. She was about to walk the property when I knocked on the window, and she promptly turned the "Back in x minutes" sign around to answer my questions. She knew her inventory and efficiently explained choices and costs. She walked me to the unit available, and pointed out a good alternate route as well. She answered all my questions, gave me wise counsel on box sizes, representing the company well and professionally. - I maybe be misspelling her name but Myanra at the location off Red Bug Lake Rosa in Oviedo, Florida was excellent in assisting me. After showing me the unit, she worked with me to get a letter sent over from our home office allowing me to sign the documents. She was very sociable and accommodating. She was actually eating lunch when I arrived but postponed that to assist me. I feel she went the extra mile and I hope she gets a raise or bonus thx to my review as she certainly deserves it. Hopefully you have others like her and if not please use her as a guide in training the future employees as she’s a great asset for you :)
