When I realized my entry code didn't work, Kurt found out that I was somehow assigned to a different unit. When I told him I work in Northeast Denver during the hours y'all are open he offered to stay late for me to get there to fill out new paperwork so I could move in within my time frame. - I had a great experience with this facility. The right cubic footage for the best monthly price anywhere near me. This new facility is really clean and has temperature control. I was able to easily reserve the unit I wanted online and move in the next day. Customer service was great except for the fact that the office was locked during business hours and a sign indicated that I would need to call a number to get the employee's attention for admittance. I didn't have my phone on me, so I had to drive around to find someone nice enough to let me use their phone. Other than some hidden charges and requirement for a monthly insurance fee the pricing was still the best around. Highly recommended.
