Are Movers licensed and insured?

Some Movers are, some Movers are not. Please check the Movers' profiles for insurance and licensing information. If the Movers are licensed, they will publish their license information (USDOT#) in their profile. Movers Corp does not insure or protect Customers or Movers.

What type of equipment do Movers provide?

Usually the hourly rate includes a moving truck, moving blankets, dollies, bungee cords, straps, tools for disassembling and assembling of your furniture. For more accurate information, please refer to Movers' profiles.

How do I contact Movers?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Movers Corp including the Mover's contact information. In addition, the requested Mover will contact you within 24 hours of placing the order.

Do movers assemble/disassemble furniture?

Most of the Movers do. Click on the Movers' profiles to see all provided services. It is also recommended to ask all necessary questions before the moving day. For more information refer to Furniture Disassembly and Assembly

What about if the move requires more time than I paid for?

Contact Movers Corp to place another order or you may pay to your Mover directly.

What about if the move takes less time than I paid for?

Movers are paid for the predetermined amount of time you ordered regardless of the actual time taken to perform the service. We suggest that any extra time to be used for any additional services the Mover can provide such as unpacking or furniture assembly.

1 several hours late eta @4 arrival after 6. they took.way too long to load up.the truck Ashleys closed.by the time we.left .I wasn't.able to get my furniture the head board and tv never made it in house charged me extra hour when they didn't ha
Mover response: Customer made same day order and knew we were booked. Tv and headboard didn't make it because they would not fit in the doorway/angle. Customer high on site. Poor planning on customers part.

Guys did a great job...very polite and efficient...one hour late, but apparently unforeseen circumstances with procuring the truck. They knew what they were doing and we would definitely hire this company again.
Mover response: Uhaul has not been what we call, timely! So sorry for being late, but once we got there we got you moved quick and without a single issue.

This was a nightmare. The move was scheduled for 6/29, the movers showed up with no truck, then they went to get a truck and never came back again. Been waiting all day for them, they didn't return the phone calls. No calls or show the next day either
Mover response: The customer did not order truck services on their work order nor did they indicate they needed a truck 3 three times we spoke before the move. It is near impossible to get a truck at the end of the month! We did all we could to accommodate the customers
