Very rough with furniture (scratches). Scratched the walls of our new home. Very rough with the washer. Hooked it up at the new house and the inside tub now has a hole in it. Flooded our laundry room in new house. It worked at the previous home.

Move scheduled 7-9. Did not show up until 8:30am. Jamal tried moving my heavy computer desk by himself and damaged the left side. The other mover with him admonished him about this. Also, once move was complete Jamal had the audacity to ask for a tip.

Lupe and his assistant Mine are professionals; respectful; and they are on your time. They were thorough and didn't try to waste time or use shenanigans to get more money; they were honest and strategic; careful and detail oriented. dear movers!!!

Hispanic gentleman helped with my move, he said he did not have a helper nor any appliance dollies hence will have to postpone, Thankfully I had a dolly that I rented along with the U-Haul and offered to help him with the moving to convince him to come
Mover response: Very untrue, this client booked last min unloading help, driver got a hold of client to give him time to go to office and grab supplies and helper, client said he was in a rush and would help. All our serves come with 2 movers.

DO NOT USE! Not very happy with this group. A toolbox containing money ($250) came up missing. I personally placed it on the truck. I contacted management, management was not supportive. I am having to file charges and on top of that I'm a police officer.
Mover response: never could prove he had money or a tool box. spoke to client and asked why would he put money in our truck then not take out of the truck if movers did not even load it themselves. Never filed a police report .

Showed up an hour and a half late because they stopped and got lunch and kept me waiting. It took well over an hour to load the truck. The two guys I hired also showed up with some girl who asked if I had a smoke. Extremely unprofessional and very slow.

The guys worked very hard and were kind. The only reason why I did not give a excellent on everything is because they did damage several things and I was wanting them to do the right thing to fix that but they didn't.

It was a horrible experience. First they were supposed to show up between 7-9am. They called and said we are here, but they had shown up to an address in Irving when I live in Arlington. When they show it was 2 guys 1 girl. They were being slow on purpose
Mover response: we showed up on time ( Office called wrong client ), We in NO way moved slow. It took 2 24ft trucks and 2 loads back and forth to move your 5 bedroom house. U also gave good tip to movers. We re booked other moves for you that we had for that day.

They started about an hour after the time window they had given me ended, which was late in the day already, but once they arrived they worked hard and quickly, taking appropriate care of my furniture.

They moved like it was hourly. Moved from a 2bdrm apartment to a 3bdrm house, took 4 hours. Also scratched a few items in transit. Did not have proper straps in the truck, had to tie knots which took quite a while, and didn't wrap wood items in pack

The guys had trouble finding the warehouse but went to work promptly after they arrived. They did a great job except for getting the sofa into the apartment. We had to repaint part of the wall.

Did not show up till 6 pm, paperwork/running credit cards/ cleaning up truck/stacking blankets- were done on MY billed time. The foreman ( driver ) was very rude /did a terrible job stacking my space. Several items were damaged, had to rearrange storage

First they we're and hr and half late didn't get the items requested then took my folly. But as far as packing nothing broke.
Mover response: we were not late, her other movers never showed up and she scheduled a late night move with us. also got upset due to not finishing a 4 story condo within 2 hours.

Scheduled @ 11am-2pm, called to delay @ 1:30, delay to 3pm, arrived 4:10pm; Move was of multiple very heavy pieces which was completed within 2 hours. All in all a positive experience once they arrived.

Movers were hours late and the owner did not communicate with me that they were delayed. The owner was rude when confronted. The movers themselves did a good job but also had an attitude. Poor customer service but a decent move.
