Review: I came here because another storage place had put me out $215, and I needed to have moved I’ve the day before, but wasn’t able to with the other place. An amazing guy on spare foot found me this place, with discounts and same day move in. The lady in the office of this place booked me up in 30-45 minutes and not even $200 later I had my unit and was able to unpack my stuff and go on about the rest of my day. Really recommend spare foot and Storage Court.

Review: I was able to move my things in the same day that I called and reserved a unit. The clerk working was polite and really easy to work with. She was thorough in explaining everything and made sure I was completely comfortable with the unit and the terms. No pushy or rude sales driven people here. Good price for the 5x6 the unit had a little debris in it but nothing big. I understand since there was some electric work happening that's on the contractors, not the storage staff.

Location is convenient to freeways, and is secured to expectations (secured entry gate via personal code, limited access hours, CCTV, etc.) Facility appears to be well maintained for what seems to be older construction. Review: On oct. 14t 2014 after having my unit for years I was broken into and was robbed to the tune of $14000.00.A man using a gate 3 times came in at 7 30 and again at 8 am before office opened and stole a big snap on toolbox along with lots of other things. I was told by the manager that the same GMC WHITE SUV has been involved with 4 other rip offs in this same storage complexe. Called the owner and he has never called back. Afraid of being sued I would guess. Also was told I cant have copy of video of 2 guy stealing my stuff. Police say there has been a rash of robberys. Was never told about other breakins until mine was hit. Bad security here is 24 hour acess to bus.was never told that. I was told gate was locked at 8 pm and open at 8 am but really 7 am.

Review: Paneling on interior of storage unit shows signs of water damage from a roof leak. Went to report this to the manager, but she had left before their listed hours ended. When I arrived at the unit, a police officer was there to investigate a string of roberies that occurred at the facility over the holiday weekend. Floor of unit was very dirty, including broken glass. Gate opens automatically when presented with a car on the interior, so probably easy to bypass this security measure. Units listed as "interior" are only down a short hallway from an exterior door and some of the buildings are not built on mounts to ensure good drainage away from the building.

Review: We needed a storage unit the following day. Not only were we able to obtain a unit at a very good price, Storage Court had a free truck to borrow the day we needed it. This saved considerable time and expense for the move. Paperwork was quick and efficient. The staff is friendly and competent. All in all, it was a stress free transaction on a very stressful day! It's location is close to I-5, so move out will be easy as well. We would definitely recommend Storage Court of Tacoma!

Free use of the truck to move our stuff was the best of all! The truck was in great condition and easy to use and was good on gas.
