- I ordered my unit with the Express Checkout. Took like 10 minutes with my phone. No problem. Paid, got my info online, and was in the next day. No to mention at 30% cheaper than the big storage places. U know who I'm taking about. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you Storage Sense of Lexington.

- Tova was our property manager. She was awesome. I've never had more fun renting something. Access was easy. Price was great. Location was perfect: It's right off the interstate and across the street from the Lexington collection center (in case you decide to dump something instead of store it)... nice hotel, great restaurants. Sure you want to move quick, but if you get hungry or tired or have trash, it's literally the perfect location. The air conditioning probably saved us from heat stroke. Best storage experience ever! And again, Tova is awesome!

- When I called to make the reservation, the employee was incredibly helpful with finding a unit of the right size and the most affordable option. He gave step by step instructions and was very patient when our call got disconnected. When my gate code didn’t work on a Sunday, we called the after-hours number and the employee gave me a back up code that worked and saved the day (worth the administration fee!). Moving in was a breeze because it was all ground-level units, and I love the temperature-control option.
