Was able to get into a unit right away. Very happy with the customer service and the unit itself. A new seal had recently been put in, it was very clean, and easy access.

This took very little time or effort to set up and get into the unit. I was on-site for less than five minutes on the day I secured the unit. My unit is very clean and the price is very reasonable. Well lit at night but off the road a bit.

I spent an hour searching several search engines for cheapest rate on a storage unit in Lexingron and Columbia. Carolina Self Storage was the cheapest I could find. I was very surprised when I received a call from the owner within 30 minutes of making a reservation New Years Eve. I met him the following morning and he showed me the unit, reviewed the contract and I was finished and on my way home in about 10 minutes. The contract was easy, self explanatory, no hidden fees or added insurance. Great service and price, exceeded my expectations. I paid exactly what I expected. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I moved my goods into a self storage unit yesterday. When I went to check in there was no one on site so I called the number on my confirmation. I was told he would be there in 10 to 15 minutes and he was there in less than 10 minutes. Registration was finished in a matter of a few minutes. Storage unit was very clean and no signs of bugs. Would definitely use this facility again and would recommend it to others. Like the fact that it is accessable 24 hours a day and the price is very good compared to others I check on.

Anything your renter's insurance policy covers under usual conditions would be covered in your storage unit. Usually, renters insurance will cover items in a unit up to 10% of your policy limits, but the coverage does not include natural disasters. However, there may be exceptions to this, check with your insurance company to see if you're covered.

What do I need to bring with me when to rent a unit?

You will need a government-issued photo ID(driver’s license, state ID or passport) to complete your storage unit rental agreement.

Can I access my unit anytime I want?

Most storage locations are open 365 days a year, but access hours may vary. During access hours, usually between 6am – 10pm seven days a week, you can access your unit by using your individual gate code. During office hours, the company employees are available to answer questions and provide on-site support.

How long can I rent a unit?

Most rental contracts are month-to-month agreements and billed in one-month increments. No long-term lease is required unless the customer requests otherwise.
