- Overall I loved the staff they were great and Manager. Very pleasant and helped me with all my needs. Only two things I do not like and I figured this has to do with security. One thing was punching in my code to get in to the facility. The motion doors close so quickly and I have to run for the cart to get in or keep it so close to the motion doors. They close very fast. Also with the elevator is the same issue. Try to put my stuff in the elevator and doors alreqdy closing. I have to punch the code in to then run in to press the floor. Sometimes i did not make it on either and had to do it again. Two is not having after hours at the facility. I noticed some locations have those hours and some do not. This one does not have it but even though they did not have the after hours it was better for me bc it is closer to home with climate control. This past Saturday the 21st I unfortunately got to the facily at 3pm and they closed at 5pm. I had a lot of stuff to unpack with help from a 20foot truck uhaul. I was unable to do that which forced me to reload the truck becasue they were closing. The staff was accommodating and gave me some extra time to finish what i was doing and re pack my truck to leave. While they did the walkthrough of the facility before leaving. Thank you for taking the time to listen. Hope all is well and be safe. i know these are trying times being a forst responder as well.

- Best storage place. Clean, friendly, and it's really climate controlled. No gimmicks. The only issue is with the carts and signing then in and out can be a bit of a hassle, but at least there's carts available most times now.

- I checked out a few other storage units in the area. They were alittle more pricey for the unit i was looking for and not as nice as public storage. Staff was extremely friendly. I would recommend public storage to anyone looking for a storage unit

- I would advise going on the website. You can get a lot of info there. The Zerega Ave. Bronx, NY location is clean, well lit and safe. There are cameras that oversee the whole place so I feel safe. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

- I was a little hesitant at first, but upon meeting the customer service rep all hesitation was put to rest. We arrived early, but the representative was on time. She went over and above to assist us in acquiring the storage unit. There was no over selling or sense of aggressive salesmanship. All our questions were answered and the representative gave us talking points regarding future plans. She was very accommodating and above all very professional. Your company should be very honored to have such an employee.
