Review: The property managers/staff Monique and Ashley at the 10010 I-10 Service Rd, New Orleans, LA 70127 location are absolutely wonderful! They made a very stressful moving process for my family and I pleasant when it came to getting a unit. They were helpful the entire time and also kind.

Review: Ashleigh was amazing. I reserved a unit but it was the public storage down the street. She called and told them I was on my way as it was 5:35. I raced to get to the other as I know it was closing soon. It was raining heavily, but I sped to the other location. Lights were off and doors locked. I didnt see anyone inside, just a Camry parked in the parking lot. I raced back to Asleighs' location.. After telling her what happened, she attempted to call that location again and did not get an answer. She helped me get a unit. She was polite and professional. She explained everything to me, showed me the unit and helped me. She is the reason I rented the unit as I would have went to another business. I want to give thanks to Ashliegh again. She is the perfect example of customer service your business should have.
