Review: Reserved a storage online for 56 dollars when I get there it's a top unit and the guy said I would have to load everything on a latter to get it up to the storage....no where in the email or website did it specify that it was a top unit or that we would have to load it on a ladder....explain how a women can load a two bedroom apt on a ladder..showed up with a moving truck and had to go to a different location and pay double..,.horrible customer experience and false advertisement
