Review: So so so impressed with Trojan Storage! Move-out day from my apt was chaotic and we kept having to push back the time to get to Trojan to sign the lease, but... we made it with a few minutes to spare and Luis (the manager) and George, were both so very helpful and accommodating. We got my lease all filled out and and after that, moving into the unit was a breeze compared to the day we had! The business property is very clean, including the indoor units, and overall just had a safe feeling for my belongings! Trojan Storage is an excellent choice, I highly recommend!

Review: The entire place was spotlessly clean, the security is phenomenal, there are cameras constantly monitoring the entire facility. Conveniently located elevators throughout, free dolly and cart rentals while loading or unloading your belongings. The pricing is great, and they offer many discounts that you can even stack on each other. And above all that, the manager was incredible. Very polite, friendly, and knew what she was doing. This is the place to store, believe me!

Review: The guy who helped me was friendly and took me through the usual stack of forms very efficiently. Additional fees were as described on the website, so no surprises there. I was expecting to pay the price advertised minus 15% for the first 6 months, turns out the advertised price was the special price. Still the amount was lower than most. The inconvenient location and neighborhood probably account for that. I was a little concerned about security until I saw that they have gone the extra mile to make it one of the better places I've ever seen in regards to security. Good gate control. Decent surveillance. Way above average on individual unit lock security. It will cost you a few extra bucks up front, but everyone has a removable locking cylinder that fits into their latch. No way to cut one of those off. They are not "pick-proof" as represented, but are definitely a few steps up from the average locks one would usually see. Having an entire facility full of them and no way to tell a vacant unit lock from an active one adds another level of security in itself. Most thieves would probably look for an easier target. The facility is clean. inside units are climate controlled as stated (so nice on a hot summer day). I believe the locks they supply at your expense are master keyed to make their lives easier when people forfeit their units. I was initially a little unsettled by this conclusion, then I realized I could add my own traditional style lock to the bolt. I like the idea of sole access belonging to me. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Review: Lachelle was pretty darn awesome, patient, helpful, friendly, & informative. A storage rep rockstar! The only thing that I don't care for regarding this facility, is the fact that the only locks you can use here are the cylinder locks, when I already own 3 heavy-duty storage locks from a previous storage unit. That'll now count for 4 storage locks. Boo. Other than that, the rate is comparatively decent & with the AAA free month & 12 month 15% discount, it really is worth the savings to relocate my belongings until I find the right fit for a new home. Thanks, Trojan. Great value.

Never mentioned the $20 Amazon gift caard and charged me for two days for the Uhaul truck even thought I only used it from about 11am to 4:30pm the same day. Plus I only drove 8 miles. I came in mad at the world due to other problems, I left smiling and laughing. They were helpful, friendly, fast it was painless and easy. The unit was spotless, no smells, everything worked. They loaned me the carts to help me to move in and even gave us bottles of water. It was without a doubt the best service I have ever had with any storage facility. No tricky advertising, no false advertising and the best prices of any other facility I checked and I checked many. Your staff mad a really rotten day become 1,000 percent better. I will recommend you to anyone I know looking for a storage facility. I can honestly say although this is the first time ever meeting the staff or even knowing the name of the company, but I had to make this review as they truly saved the day for me

Review: Very organized. The security pad is placed by the entry gate within arm reach for the driver which makes it very easily accessible and convenient. You can get in to the facility without getting out of your vehicle. By placing the exit gate at the end of the facility made it easy to leave as well. The staff is very pleasant. We definitely recommend this storage.
