Review: This is my second storage unit. First experience was perfect. This time around, not so much. Lady at front desk was rude, unorganized, struggled to use the computer system for reservation and unable to handle questions without contacting manager, whom was not on the property

Review: Besides the great price on a 10' x 10', I was surprised to learn of their on-premises swap meet held on the 1st Saturday of every month. It's the only place that does this for their tenants, as far as I know.

Review: I’m so glad I found this storage facility. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. Judy in the office is very helpful and explained how their security is unique and effective which I loved. She offered me free use of their moving truck to use on move-day. She also thoroughly explained their policies. Other than management, this location is convenient and the facility is very clean. We are very happy!

Review: I suddenly needed a small storage unit. The office staff were very helpful in assisting me through this process. The prices are fair and competitive with surrounding locations. It's located in a safe neighborhood and easy to access. I was told they've had no break ins, which is quite comforting. I would recommend this storage facility.

Review: This is my second time to use Tyler Self Storage here in the city of Riverside. Upon returning to CA. back in 2002 I was in need a until to store my belongings until my Apt. became available. I later recommended to my son when he was in need of a place to temporarily store his things. Now at 73 yrs. old and living alone I feel the need to relocate back to the L.A. County area to be nearer family and friends. I went back in and Daniel Fernandez took very good care of me, they are professional , friendly and have some great move-in deals. I would indeed tell anyone about them and refer them on over:-)
