Review: I came to this location from the Corona because the Public Storage customer service clerk was extremely rude. I am happy to say I have met 3 of your employees at this location (Norco) and can tell you they were nice and professional. I am glad I counted on Public Storage to be a good company and chose to believe that was not a company standard. I was a customer about 20 years ago, so I had prior knowledge on what to expect.
