- Management is no help at all. When the outside of my storage unit became infested with tiny spiders management told me to hire my own exterminator. The webs, nests and spiders were all over my door and my next door neighbor's doors and locks. I had to keep a broom in the car because couldn't get to the lock without having to wipe away the spider mess first. When I opened the door spiders would be falling all over me. The spiders got inside the unit and got all over my possessions. According to the manager, their policy is tenant has to hire exterminator even though spiders came from outside. Management doesn't provide any sort of extermination even when its their own. Price was fair back about 18mos - 2 years ago. Within 18 months or so - I have had 50% price increase from $135 to $202.
