- Customer service was fantastic. Nobody at any time online or otherwise told me I had to have insurance of $12 a month. YEAH I know I'm sure it's in the fine print. It needs to be in LARGE PRINT under the price so that you can budget for that when you move in. That alone makes me want to rent somewhere else. It's a sleazy 'car salesman' business tactic. Woman at the facility that checked me in was FANTASTIC. Fast, funny, great and got me in and out in a shot. Really appreciated her. I seriously doubt that's 3'x4'. And I question that because of the insurance thing. Because of that, I will question everything on my bill and every dime I spend now. Just creepy.

- Everything was set up just right except for 1 detail. It was not explained that I had to buy one of your lock cylinders with the rental of a unit. I arrived with my own lock, and was not prepared or interested in buying one of yours. The lock should be optional! I want to know I am the only one with the keys to access my stuff.
