- We appreciated both Carole and Diane's understanding of our circumstance in coming from out-of-state; they were flexible in extending our signing the rental agreement because we couldn't be there in person until we actually were moving. In addition, we got stuck in a horrible traffic back up due to an accident on I-80 that made us late getting to the office to sign the agreement; fortunately, we got there right before closing and Diane was so helpful in staying late to get us the code and key so we could let the movers in early the next day. Carole also arranged to get us a unit that would be easy for the big trailer to back up to so the movers didn't have to use a shuttle. It all turned out very well.

- I have had my things at the storage facility for a year and it was a very good facility other than the fact that they raise the prices every six months. For the last month, they have not had staffing in the office and it has cost me a lot of time and money in automatic charges for units that I have nothing in, I should not have to be monetarily penalized because there is no staff in the office. There are no phone numbers that you can call and talk to someone who can help you I’ve spoken to Josh a couple times, but he just tends to get upset and doesn’t want to hear what I have to say. I’ve been in the office several times to cancel the storage units. I was using, but that doesn’t get done and then they take money out of my account and even charge me double. And then argue with me that they didn’t charge me double so all I could do was call my bank to refuse the charges and now they want to put a lien on my account for the payments that didn’t go through for the storage units that are empty and I was not using. IT IS JUST RIDICULOUS. I WOULDNT STORE MY BELONGINGS HERE until they get their staffing. Problem worked out because it’s a nightmare without competence staff in the office.
