What about if the move takes less time than I paid for?

Movers are paid for the predetermined amount of time you ordered regardless of the actual time taken to perform the service. We suggest that any extra time to be used for any additional services the Mover can provide such as unpacking or furniture assembly.

The movers ruined the floor while moving and did absolutely nothing about it without so much as an apology from Carol or the owner Lamar. After many calls and voicemails they will not answer or return our calls. Husband had to help move because the they moved so slow and at 135/hr why would they hurry. They didnt inspect our belongings first which we ended up having to rent a 2nd truck. Horrible just serve. Bad company. DON'T DO BUSINESS W/THEM!

Very impressed by the professionalism and courtesy displayed by this company. They charge a decent hourly rate and wasted absolutely no time. They went above and beyond, everything was handled with good care. I recommend them without hesitation.

Very skilled movers handled many household items, expertly loaded a truck, and then off loaded into a storage unit. They had a lot of experience with fitting pieces into place for secure transport. They used the same talent when puzzle piecing into storage. They correctly sized to the capacity of the truck and storage for fitment. Everything was completed within the specified time frame.

Excellent experience. Quick and easy to book online. Immediate follow up call from RMC Movers with the details, etc. Day off, the movers called to inform about arrival time and where prompt on time. They immediately started working and did a very efficient and quick job. Awesome guys to work with. Payment quick and easy with electronic receipt. Will definitely use this again and highly recommended.

My moving helpers were professional and courteous. I decided to hire them because I liked their prices. They did a good job and were careful with my belongings. I strongly recommend this company services.

Courteous service at fair price. It was a tricky and difficult move, but nothing was damaged or scratched.

This is the second time I have used RMC, and I'm still so impressed I will keep using them! The only issue we had was that on the morning of our move the movers called and needed to show up an hour early which required some schedule adjustment.

I definitely would hire this group again. The only slight hiccup was the expected arrival time changed but I was kept informed at all times. Excellent service especially since booked less than 24 hours in advance which contributed to the arrival delay.

The guys got here a little bit late but they were hard workers and did a great job. They were also very pleasant and took very good care of us. We would definitely hire them again.

The mover arrived too early. Told after 11am. This was a dining table unpacking and set up. Delivery from shipper was 9am to 11am window. They arrived at 9am. Didn't know they had to remove packing materials when the job completed. We were told when the apartment made the reservation, they will remove all leftovers.

The overall service of RMC movers was outstanding, the one and only issue was that they were late and had to call my in order to ask for direction for said job location.

These guys showed up early to the site and were very amiable the whole time. They moved everything without injuring the heavy items, the walls, or themselves. I have no complaints. These guys were great
