What is your privacy policy?

Your customer information is protected and secure. We take every precaution to ensure the safety of your personal information. We do not sell or trade your personal information; we only provide your contact information to the contracted Mover. Please refer to our complete privacy policy.

Are Movers licensed and insured?

Some Movers are, some Movers are not. Please check the Movers' profiles for insurance and licensing information. If the Movers are licensed, they will publish their license information (USDOT#) in their profile. Movers Corp does not insure or protect Customers or Movers.

Do Movers work on weekends and holidays?

In most areas they do. Just enter your zip code and desired moving day to find available Movers.

Do Movers hook/unhook appliances?

Movers will handle the major appliances' transportation, but usually you need to hook/unhook your household appliances for the move. Since under the State laws, most of the Movers are not allowed to temper with gas appliances. For more information refer to Preparing and Moving Appliances

Is there any minimum time requirement?

Some Movers may require minimum hours of service. For more accurate information please check Movers' profiles.

What if the Mover accepts my order but does not show up?

We'll do our best to find other movers in your area, or issue a full refund.

The two guys that showed up at my home were kind and polite. They didn't mess around, both guys worked hard without damaging anything. The job was finished efficiently, they asked me if I needed anything else done. Thanks for outstanding professionalism and customer service.

I called MoversCorp for the very next day move and the person who answered the phone was so knowledgeable and helpful. The movers who came the following morning did a great job unloading and placing our items into right rooms.

Would not recommend as they are poorly managed. Movers will break large items and some items will disappear. I am waiting to see if I will be refunded for my losses. Will update this review.
Mover response: We sent Melba an insurance claim but she refuses to return it. I have gone out of my way to get her to submit an insurance claim but comes up with incoherent excuses of way she cannot. I cannot help her if she will not give me a list of what needs to be f

My bill estimate was $475 and the final bill was $678. I think they could have worked faster. Otherwise these guys were careful, very courteous and did not break anything.

The movers were very polite and friendly and worked extremely hard. Everything they moved was handled with care yet done quickly. I would highly recommend them for any moving needs.

It would have helped to know that the movers would not carry tape or boxes, as most movers do. I ended up moving some boxes myself due to this. This ought to have been communicated by the person who co-ordinates the effort. Otherwise, courteous and good.
