How soon do I need to schedule my move?

Reservation is based on availability. In order to ensure the desired day, place your order as soon as possible. Usually, the weekends and the end of the month are peak times in the moving industry.

Are Movers licensed and insured?

Some Movers are, some Movers are not. Please check the Movers' profiles for insurance and licensing information. If the Movers are licensed, they will publish their license information (USDOT#) in their profile. Movers Corp does not insure or protect Customers or Movers.

Are Movers employees of Movers Corp?

No, they are not. They are moving services providers in their areas.

What services are offered?

Movers at Movers Corp provide wide range of moving services that include taking apart your furniture and wrapping your furniture and appliances at your original address, transporting the goods to the destination, unloading and reassembling furniture at the new location (local moves only).

Do Movers work on weekends and holidays?

In most areas they do. Just enter your zip code and desired moving day to find available Movers.

What about if the move requires more time than I paid for?

Contact Movers Corp to place another order or you may pay to your Mover directly.

The guys were great! They showed up on time and worked very efficiently. We had a lot of heavy furniture which was no problem for them. I would defiantly use Chaz and Crew again!

The first appointment I made is 2 p.m. but none came. after i make first phone call , they told me they would come at 3 pm, but still not came. i wait until 6 pm, they finally show up, with one more worker. I am not very happy for waiting that long time.
Mover response: I'm so sorry for our lateness Mr. Luo. When you booked the job the night before, we already had a full day as I explained. Next time you move the 1st hour is free! Chaz & Crew.
