Review: when I first arrived I was greeted by Christina, a true professional, She was polite, smart & very helpful getting me acclimated to the building. Before my arrival I had spoken to the Atlanta office to reserve my unit. I was in contact with Darrell, a true keeper in my books. If you book a unit here ask to speak to him. He will make a 100% effort for you.

Review: Lacy called a few days before my move in date and we were able to handle payment and explained everything throughly. When I arrived to move in Abraham was very helpful in explaining the multiple entrances and parking areas as well as how to use my access code and directed me to my unit. I would def recommend thisclean facility. They also have a virtual assistant that can help if you prefer to not have human contact or if they are busy.

Review: The customer team from Tish on the phone to the staff at the facility were all kind and effecient. And, yes, the loading dock freight elevator was broken but there was a sense of pull it together grit and pluck that made moving feel like a team sport...in a good way.

Review: Y'all know moving in NYC is expensive. & rents for any space will burn a hole in your butt. I looked at storage units across Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens & Jersey for almost 2 weeks before finding selfstorage online. The deal I got & the customer service was AAAH-MAZING! The location cannot be beat & the price is just right ! Was a load off my shoulders getting into this space. I know a friend who is paying almost 1&1/2 times the price I am for a small unit that is only 10 blocks away. Do yourself a favor. Look at selfstorage first.

Review: They are still working on things. The attendant let me know the new features they are installing such as AC and new elevator. I loved that she told me that. Made me feel important. She was very attentive to my storage needs and for the special rate of $50/mnth, I feel more than happy I chose this storage company. Easily assessable from my job or home. I thought I was getting away with highway robbery comparing the price to the place. Just Great! Suggestions - more feeling of security and that my belongings are safe Maybe have a community bulletin board of places you would recommend, such as movers, maybe apartment listings...etc.

Review: Great pricing and deals. The customer service on the phone was really great. On site person not as friendly and didn't seem to have my payment details that I had made over the phone (very glad I saved the email with my receipt), so it took longer for me to check in than I thought it would. Carts on site a little rickety and old, but overall a typical storage place for a great deal in Brooklyn.
