- Todo muy bien lo recomendaría a otros sin duda todo limpio buenas atenciones al cliente y, pero los precios deben ser más cómodos pero todo está bien dentro de lo que cabe, me gusto lo fácil que se puede reservar en línea y las diferentes accesibilidad que tienen me gusto por que me quedaba muy cerca de mi casa y eso mi hiso invertir menos dinero

- Excellent access and pricing! Representative was a little snappy because I came just before she was leaving for the day so she gave me a crappy spot to store my car but overall it was easy access in and out the pricing great!

- They were very courteous and checked me in with no problems. I registered on-line which was very helpful. They have a cargo van on site which is free for the first 3 hours for a new customer. This was very helpful in moving my stuff in. So far so good.

- When I booked my reservation for 29th over the phone, I was told that I would have a van, free of charge, waiting for me. When I got to the office, not only was the reservation not found in the system, I was told I needed my own car insurance in order to reserve the van, something not told to me over the phone. So out of anger I left the office without taking my unit. Thankfully, I drove past a U-Haul that had an available truck which I used to haul my things into the unit, at an added and unforeseen cost since I was depending on that van. Not the greatest of starts..

- Dealing with the staff was pleasant. But, the storage facility claims to be temp controlled, which it has not been. Also, the storage unit I was given as a large beam in it which cuts into the space I am paying for. It is COLD and honestly creepy inside the facility. The lights pop on at random times and sometimes music plays while other time it "flickers" on and off. Just leaves you with an eerie experience, as well as a freezing one.

- I originally ordered a 8 x 9 but when I came to do the paperwork the staff showed me that space which ended up being quite small. They gave me a 8x8 which was less and some how bigger. Kinda crazy.

- I reserved the unit one day too be in the following day, the woman who was working there the following day had no idea I was coming. I had to explain the entire story of what I had already gone through to reserve the space. However, once I got that cleared up, the process was relatively easy.

- From the time I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly, smiling front desk person. He was extremely knowledge and explained the rules clearly. The price was what I expected it to be. You have to buy insurance if you don't have your own. You have to a buy a lock to be used at their facility, you keep the keys. It was one of the best experiences I have had in renting a storage unit. I give them a nine out of ten. The only drawback is that I have to use stairs to access my locker. The stairs work fine. They felt stable. Great place. Easy to find. It's at the corner of Main Ave and Chestnut. Just follow the numbers and you can't miss it.

- Great staff! Very friendly and wonderful customer assistance with all of my needs. I was given different storage unit options because of pricing, but that alone was amazing because he tried saving me a few dollars. He could've easily gave me the more expensive unit, but instead he gave me the choice to pick which unit I preferred.

- I have seldom been so impressed with a service agent as I have been with the Assistant Manager Mr. Christopher Llanos. From last November, when I opened my account at the facility in Passaic N.J. to just a few days ago, when I no longer required my outdoor unit, Mr. Llanos has shown an incredible amount of courtesy and consideration in offering accommodating solutions during a time of personal economic difficulty. I applaud Storage King Passaic for having the wisdom to hire such a quality individual as Mr. Llanos. He is a person that is not only excellent at what he does, but allows his personal ethic to enhance his work ethic to make the customer feel comfortable about their investment. A young man with such qualities should not only be allowed to train others, but move rapidly up the corporate ladder.
