- I think everything went smoothly. We had an issue with the code the first day... but we used it maybe a few hrs after getting it so that could have been the issue but customer service solved it easily at 7pm at night

- After setting up our monthly payment our credit card at the facility office was scammed and several un-authorized charges were mad. we had to cancel our credit card. I believe the manager at the time was a crook.

- Best storage unit I have ever rented. From where I live, I have to go past it and come back to it, but it is worth it. It is very clean, the carts they have are great to move items, lighting is good inside the climate controlled units and Kevin was very easy to work with letting me see the units before I rented. The gates are faster than other units that I have rented as well.

- The only hard part was finding the facility since the name doesn't match their sign at the road. But it was a quick check in and the storage unit was as described. I feel comfortable about my items being stored there with the gated access, which is a key code entry. Great price for the unit, especially with the special 50% off first month discount we were offered.

- The Manager and Assistant Manager were tremendous help in accommodating us for a same day move in, including the rental of one of the U-haul trucks that they have onsite. At the end of the day, the manager came back with water for myself and team unloading the truck to see if we needed anything else. Very professional and an excellent experience.

- I was up against a wall to find a climate controlled storage facility in Wilmington, NC and Sparefoot came through for me finding Street Smart Storage. the Manager, Harry, and Assistant Manager, Alan, were both super friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate my timeline. Very happy with the outcome.
