Review: Guy in office was friendly and helpful. But make sure you understand the size of your unit. The 10x5 does not hold 1200 sq ft of home.. Its a closet.. I coulda put all my boxes in there but no furniture. Ended up spending more then I wanted on a unit cause of the size was not properly stated online. Hours posted online are not correct. Went to move in on Saturday at 330 in the afternoon because the office was spose to be open till 5. Nope sat and sun 10-2. I was lucky I had an extra day on my truck. I suggest calling the office and setting up. Information online is not correct..

Review: Cannot recommend A++ secure Storage after owner Derek Ballies tow my vehicle away even with the rent paid for another month. simply moved the vehicle from a wet unmarked to a dry spot. nothing is marked as I was spot 320. Towing, fees and storage at precision auto, I just signed over my vehicle to them. Dishonest is the word I would use for a++ secure storage there is nothing secure about the place. Thank you for your time.

Review: The manager was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had the right unit, I almost got one that was too big! I would reccomend this place to anyone that needs storage!

Review: While signing contract and getting unit went fine, when we came the next day to drop off stored contents, our code did not work. Calling the # and asking for emergency contact with the mgr did nothing. Able to access only when another person came. Complained to mgmt next day and they recognize their on-call service needs to be fixed as well as the code entry software. Based on this, I would not recommend as this should have been prevented.
