ALL IMA SAY IS I LOVE MS CHERYLL AND WITHOUT HER I WOULD HAVE CONTINUE TO GET THE RUN AROUND ON A VERY HOT DAY TRYINH TO FIND STORAGE AND SHE WAS THERE HELPFUL AND VERY FRIENDLY AND SHE GOES OUT HER WAY TO HELP OTHER . What storage unit place u know would go out there way to pick up someone’s payment so they want be late and they don’t have a car NONE they gone make u late give u the fees and leave it at that but MS CHERYLL NO MAAM IF U COMMUNICATE WITH HER SHES VERY UNDERSTANDING AND SHE DOES WHATEVER SHE HAS TO DO TO MAKE SURE PEOPEL ARE LIKE CAUSE SHES UNDERSTANDING AND IMA LEAVE IT AT THAT

Your first point of contact is a very helpful call center . You’re second contact is the property manager , Cheryl , of 9 yrs ( too long ) who is so quick to tell you that “ her call center “ does not know about her “ comings and goings “ … apparently she doesn’t have time to rent new units even if you had an online reservation and double checked with her call center that she would be open until five , if you arrive at 4 : 30 , because she is entitled by OSHA to eat lunch so if she closed an hour early , it’s her right . Who cares if you drove an hour from out of town after working 8 hrs with no lunch break of your own to rent a unit for your daughter to move her on the only day you’re available to help her . Cheryl’s entitled to come and go as she pleases “ that’s why she is the property manager “ . And “ good luck getting her fired “ when you ask to speak to a supervisor to make a complaint . She will just hang up the phone . That’s ok . I don’t need Cheryl’s assistance with a unit , or how to be sure my complaint about this absurd encounter is heard . Lol

I received one month at 50% off and the first 4 days were prorated. During a move money is already tight, so I was relieved when I found this place to store my belongings in the mean time. Although I'm a little concerned bc my first month that I already paid for is up and I have yet to receive an email or phone call returned to check the status of my storage unit and to pay for another month. Customer service could definitely use a makeover as well as the front office and the grounds.

The unit was easy to access. The price was right. It suited our needs. I liked the fact that there were no longterm contracts. We need it until my daughter can relocate but we don't have a time line. It may be months it may be weeks. This arrangement makes it easier on us and my wallet.

Very affordable, friendly manager, older facility with some maintenance issues. Unless you’re getting larger storage in the center drive through area, the distance between buildings are separated by one narrow lane each, and tight turns to keep from hitting the walls, though you can get help to open an extra gate to drive a small trailer on your hitch down the one way lane. Overall, if you can work around that and you don’t need environmental controlled storage, I would recommend it to everyone.

What size storage unit do I need?


5' x 5' Storage Unit
It is approximately 25 square feet of space. This size typically holds the contents of one room or large home closet. They are an excellent size to store seasonal items, garden tools, clothes, office supplies, suitcases and miscellaneous boxes.

5' x 10' Storage Unit

It is approximately 50 square feet of space. This size typically holds the contents of one room or office. You can store small amounts of furniture, chairs, mattress, kitchen appliances, and boxes.

5' x 15' Storage Unit

It is approximately 75 square feet of space. This type of unit is good for the contents of a one-bedroom apartment with major appliances.

10' x 10' Storage Unit
It is approximately 100 square feet of space and about the size of a standard one-car garage. Holds furnishings of a one or small two-bedroom apartment with major appliances.

10' x 15' Storage Unit

It is approximately 150 square feet of space. Holds furnishings of a large two-bedroom apartment or smaller home. Great for storing large furniture and appliances.

10' x 20' Storage Unit

What is the height of the storage units?

Storage units are approximately 8 feet high.


Do I need to rent a climate controlled unit?

If you have delicate items such as musical instruments, computers, pictures, antique wood furniture, it is recommended to select a climate controlled unit. Climate controlled storage units protect against rust, corrosion, mold, cracking, and warping.


What’s the difference between an indoor and an outdoor unit?An outdoor storage unit is one that has a direct access and usually drive-up accessible. An indoor unit is located within the building.


What items can't be put in a storage unit?

Most storage facilities will not let you store firearms, perishable items, liquids, illegal drugs, flammable and hazardous materials, live animals or plants.


Are my items insured while being in a storage unit?

You are responsible for the items that you store. Storage facility's insurance provides protection for the location that houses the storage units and not the contents of individual storage units. If your homeowner insurance doesn't cover your items, usually the facility manager will help you sign up with an insurance provider.


Can I use my renters insurance for a storage unit?

Anything your renter's insurance policy covers under usual conditions would be covered in your storage unit. Usually, renters insurance will cover items in a unit up to 10% of your policy limits, but the coverage does not include natural disasters. However, there may be exceptions to this, check with your insurance company to see if you're covered.


What do I need to bring with me when to rent a unit?

You will need a government-issued photo ID(driver’s license, state ID or passport) to complete your storage unit rental agreement.


Can I access my unit anytime I want?

Most storage locations are open 365 days a year, but access hours may vary. During access hours, usually between 6am – 10pm seven days a week, you can access your unit by using your individual gate code. During office hours, the company employees are available to answer questions and provide on-site support.


How long can I rent a unit?

Most rental contracts are month-to-month agreements and billed in one-month increments. No long-term lease is required unless the customer requests otherwise.
