I used to be a Red Dot customer until they raised their prices twice in one year. I was paying $194 for a 10x20 storage. This storage facility is just as good as read out you need to get code and everything to get in and it's a nice place.

Cannot drive your vehicle up to the storage unit if it is a moving truck. I wish I would’ve been told this earlier as it made moving in quite a tedious process having to unload everything onto a little dolly cart and walk the far distance to the storage unit. Great price, however. I think that makes it worth it at the end of the day.

The service I received on Friday from the lady was ridiculous and very unprofessional. If my car wasn't already loaded up and I didn't have to leave town super early the next morning I would've walked out. She was cussing, being very disrespectful and rude because "she doesn't get paid overtime" She didn't want to assist me because it is not a "quick process" and just had a horrible attitude. She didn't acknowledge my online reservation that I made on Tuesday and online it said I didn't have any extra fees or a deposit. She refused to look at my email conformation and cut me off when I told her about the deposit. Along with the horrible service when I went to sign my paperwork, she completely typed my name wrong in the system and didn't want to fix it because "it took too much time". The service here is definitely a joke and the worker was very unprofessional and rude. I've never experienced anything like it before. I will not be back, I will not renew for another month, and I am definitely making my thoughts about this place public. I will never recommend anyone to go here.

What’s the difference between an indoor and an outdoor unit?An outdoor storage unit is one that has a direct access and usually drive-up accessible. An indoor unit is located within the building.

What items can't be put in a storage unit?

Most storage facilities will not let you store firearms, perishable items, liquids, illegal drugs, flammable and hazardous materials, live animals or plants.

Are my items insured while being in a storage unit?

You are responsible for the items that you store. Storage facility's insurance provides protection for the location that houses the storage units and not the contents of individual storage units. If your homeowner insurance doesn't cover your items, usually the facility manager will help you sign up with an insurance provider.

Can I use my renters insurance for a storage unit?

Anything your renter's insurance policy covers under usual conditions would be covered in your storage unit. Usually, renters insurance will cover items in a unit up to 10% of your policy limits, but the coverage does not include natural disasters. However, there may be exceptions to this, check with your insurance company to see if you're covered.

What do I need to bring with me when to rent a unit?

You will need a government-issued photo ID(driver’s license, state ID or passport) to complete your storage unit rental agreement.

Can I access my unit anytime I want?

Most storage locations are open 365 days a year, but access hours may vary. During access hours, usually between 6am – 10pm seven days a week, you can access your unit by using your individual gate code. During office hours, the company employees are available to answer questions and provide on-site support.

How long can I rent a unit?

Most rental contracts are month-to-month agreements and billed in one-month increments. No long-term lease is required unless the customer requests otherwise.
