Completing the paperwork and rendering payment at the facility was quick and easy. The facility is well kept and cleanly. I was assisted by Rondo who was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am pleased with my experience.

Review: I really like my storage space. It is secure and clean and easy access during daytime hours. It is a bit pricey compared to a few other spaces that I have had, so we will see if it is worth the difference!

Review: Super great experience. Quick and friendly paperwork process with Rondo. Parked in the small loading zone off California and was shown the back entrance with more space. Escorted to the locker. Elevators are tricky but Rondo explained so was prepared. At least 4 cart/trolleys were available to use. Facility appeared to be quite clean even the restrooms.

Review: This building is clean, well-maintained, and is easy to access -- while still being secure. Was able to quickly get in, view units, and rent one without any trouble. Only downside? It's not 24 hour access -- it currently closes at 10PM, something to eb aware of. Otherwise, no complaints.

Review: I would *strongly* recommend against renting here, because if there is a problem, they're going to be rude, defensive, and cheap, and they're going to do as little as humanly possible to help you fix it. I put my entire life's possessions in the unit over the summer. I came back after two weeks to pick a few things up, and a pipe running overhead had leaked into my unit, straight onto my kitchen table. When I told the building manager, he was defensive about it, and actually told me off for telling him about it in front of potential customers! (As if they didn't have a right to know.) They switched me to a different unit two floors down, and offered neither help nor compensation for the fact that I had to move all my stuff by myself that day, which took me over 8 hours since I couldn't get help on short notice. They wouldn't even lend me a second lock so that my stuff would be secure as I went back and forth between the floors. I asked them if they would up my insurance to a better plan, in lieu of any other compensation, and they even refused that. (They refused to do *anything* because "That's what insurance is for," despite the fact that insurance doesn't cover time spent moving units or any other additional costs, only damaged items.) They claim to never have had an issue with damage in a unit before, but if that's the case, would it have killed them to do *something* to show that they actually care about their tenant? Help me move my dresser, which was an impossible one-person task? Spend ten bucks a month to up my insurance? Even a token gesture would have been something, as compared to the "go-f*ck-yourself" attitude that I got. It makes me thing that issues must be much more common than they claim, if this is how they have to deal with it when they come up.

Review: Units are clean and the same as everywhere else, with good security. The only issues are the strict penalty rules and no use of power on the premises . (for extra lighting when in the unit for longer then ten minutes.) Everything else is livable.

I actually ended up with one additional rented space due to my additional items I opted to store at Sparefoot. I was more than pleased with the care and attention given by Brian the manager with my needs and how he was able to meet those needs. That is the kind of attention to details that is needed in today's providers of storage space.

Review: Brian and Iesha were fabulous. You are fortunate to have such fine employees who obviously are dedicated to satisfying your customers. In my opinion, you should consider giving them a raise, or at least a bonus, for their exceptional work. The only thing that I would take issue with is your policy to only guarantee the cost of the monthly rental for the first six months. I would like the rent to be guaranteed for at least one year, especially since I have rented the most expensive storage space and the cost is hefty. To contemplate that the rent might be raised in six months is unsettling.

Review: Great storage option. The staff is extremely friendly and the facility is brand new, so it's clean, well lit, and has a good feel of security -- I have felt safe being there. I like that you're given a fob that you swipe to let you in to the building and even in to the elevators. You buy the lock for the locker, which comes with 3 keys and is super easy to use. Pricing was a lot better than the other options for a 10x10 storage locker and they had the first month special. The office staff was knowledgable and wonderful to interact with. Would definitely recommend!

Review: iI was moving under very stressful circumstances. The manager was extremely helpful and nice, even washed out my unit herself so it would be all clean when I moved in that evening. Plenty of room for two trucks in the bay, plenty of carts. One drawback: NO PARKING LOT in a neighborhood with not a lot of curbside parking. But the pluses FAR outweigh the minuses. Use the online move-in special.
