- While the staff was polite, the online registration was misleading... it did not reflect the mandatory lock buy @ $11.00, (I brought my own lock). Online, the statement said that for $1.00 rent for the 1st month, and a 'administrative fee' of $24.00 was all I needed. I ended up paying over $50.00, mandatory lock and insurance fee, this needs to be stated. I even did the express registration, and when I came to the office, it was still not complete, even though, online I completed all questions asked.
