- Although customer service was awesome and the facility was clean, our unit was broken into the first night that we moved our belonging in. While the facility was helpful and telling us how to file a claim and promised to provide us with video footage of the facility for the detective on the case. I was put off by the fact that one of the employees knew exactly who it was and claimed that they have had problems with this person before and its continued for a while. Knowing that these indivduals continue to cause problems I wonder why they haven't been evicted from the premisis previously which could have saved me some probelms. I also did not like how easy he said it was for said individuals to hop the fence and hang out at the facility after closing hours to hang out and drink and then hop the fence again before the facility opened.

I was hoping to get a slightly better deal but it is one of the more affordable ones in the near-downtown Austin area. My biggest knock is that they required me to add their $12/month insurance unless I came to the facility with my own insurance (which I was not aware of).

- I've had horrible storage renting luck in the past. Renting from Uncle Bob's has been A relief! I rent from the location off Hwy 290. I have no complants at all so far, and I really feel that I will not. The staff is very helpful, informative, and friendly. The BEST part Is that I can Deal with all payments and concerns online. I don't have to waste time driving to make payments. I've never had any trouble getting in touch over the phone either. I Love this place! A+++ All the way!!!
