- When I first moved in they said they would be cutting the lock so they could replace the door and then put a new lock on same day. Then during my stay Mgmt called me to ask if I removed the lock, which I did not. The initial lock (which was locked by mgmt) went missing and my storage unit was unlocked for unknown time. They immediately put a new one on after they called, but this definitely scared me. I believe it was a break down between the two managers. The day shift manager was very helpful though and gave great service. Think his name started with an A or R

- The 2 young ladies in the office was very helpful. I am so sorry that I didn't get their names. But my family was having a crisis and I didn't want to even deal with the storage process. The lady that help me was very through and made the process seamless. The grounds and the storage building was really clean and looked well kept. I would have to give a bad review it would be on the lock for the storage their charge was $18.00 and I was able to get one from Uhaul for $8.00. This was definitely not a deal breaker and didn't sway my decision at all. Great rate and employees Storage King.
