- The service by the staff is great and the location is ideal from the NYC subway. The premises is on a hill with the entrance on the lower W 129 Street.. Access from Amsterdam Ave from W 125 Street rather than climbing the hill from the W 125 Street subway and going up St Nicholas Ave.Vehicle access is superb too.

- I was told that my unit was a climate controlled unit on the first floor and yet, management did not let me know that my unit was not on the first floor and that I had to climb to it in order to store my belongings. I was a bit unhappy and it caused added stress.
