- Only drawback was that I had to go one place to sign the lease and the facility itself was another installation several miles away. I had signed up on line 2 months prior to occupancy and they recognized the pricing in the reservation even though they had raised prices in the interim. Odd thing was that they assigned us a unit when we executed the lease but by the time (10 minutes later) we got to the facility, they had phoned in a change in units - same size, same approximate location.

- Reserving, renting, and move in was easy. The staff is helpful and friendly. The only negative is that the access door closest to my unit is broken and I had to go through a different door and prop open the door closest to my unit. Not a huge deal. The staff told me about the issue before I signed the contract and assured me that it is set to be repaired very soon.

- I needed storage because I sold my home, bought another and was in transition before I could move into the new home. It was a horrific experience because I had the worst realtor ever!!!! By the time I went to Public Storage I was so stressed and on edge! Maggie and Pamela were the best! I walked out of there laughing the first time and grateful to them by the time I closed out. I keep thinking how my lame realtor made a lot of money off me and caused me so much stress and anger. Then there's Maggie and Pamela, who obviously didn't make bank off me!!! They just have great work ethics! Thank you Public Storage for these two ladies!!
