Then, despite having renters insurance that covers storage units, I was forced to buy extra insurance. Then I was given the wrong instructions about how to remove that insurance at a later time.

- I wasn't real happy the original unit I rented on line said was inside but was not so needed to "upgrade" to an inside unit and had a $10 transfer fee that I think should have been waived. April was great for providing info though. I'm using their new blue tooth unit with wireless access which seems to be hit or miss on the gates but better with access to the unit. Still needs some work though for the additional cost.
