In addition, we also needed to do some admin changes on our existing units and Laura did an awesome job in preparing all the paperwork and explaining the purpose of each one. - Customer service was great. The BIG problem is that the elevator in my building doesn't work, and apparently hasn't been in service for quite some time. I would think that this is a priority maintenance issue for you guys. I got my unit a week ago and came back to see it's still locked up. It's ridiculous that you guys are perfectly fine with your customers having to drag one box at a time to their units on the second floor. As a disabled vet not only is this painful....but it takes forever to get things into the unit. If this isn't taken care of in an expeditious manner, I intend to make a formal complaint

- Yesterday afternoon I went in for some information & while there I was assisted by a Miss Jeanette who went above & beyond to make sure I left with no questions unanswered. This location is most convenient for me however, as shown, not all reviews are good ones yet & I wanted to get a feel for the place. It isn't easy to find a place where you feel comfortable leaving valuables & walking away however employees such as Miss Jeanette definitely make it a breeze!

Would have like to see some more precautions around the cleaning of the elevators and dolly handles to protect folks moving things in and out.
