Pleasantly surprised I didn't feel Intimidated or suffer from one of my many Panic Attacks in or out of the building. And the Office Staff was so Courteous and they Shined like they enjoyed helping others. A Rarity these Days. Quick and simple paperwork. - I would definitely recommend EZ storage to anyone with storage needs. It’s easy to drive to EZ Storage because it’s just a couple blocks from the 5 freeway. The staff was very helpful in assisting me to determine what size storage unit I would need based on my description of what I needed to store. And I really appreciated their offer of a 50% discounted rental fee on the storage unit for two months! I also appreciated their large sturdy carts, which helped to reduce the time it took to load everything into the unit.

- I got there almost at closing and they told me where my unit was but forgot to unlock it for me. And by the time I got stuff down from truck and to unit the office was closed so wasn't able to store my stuff and ended up having to keep in the truck rental and paying extra day for the truck smh only thing i didnt like since it was not my fault but theirs on not unlocking my unit, but as far as the place it's a new facility everything is clean and nice they give you a code and have to punch it in on every door and elevator its a little time consuming but there than that I like the code instead of a key
