- I got there almost at closing and they told me where my unit was but forgot to unlock it for me. And by the time I got stuff down from truck and to unit the office was closed so wasn't able to store my stuff and ended up having to keep in the truck rental and paying extra day for the truck smh only thing i didnt like since it was not my fault but theirs on not unlocking my unit, but as far as the place it's a new facility everything is clean and nice they give you a code and have to punch it in on every door and elevator its a little time consuming but there than that I like the code instead of a key

- I was told that if I didn't have homeowners insurance then I would need to purchase insurance from them at $14.00 monthly. I explained that I do have insurance, they said great and waived the $14.00.but while on the phone with them they never once asked me to bring a copy with me on moving day. So I show up on moving day and wasent allowed to move my stuff until they recieved a copy. I explained then why didn't you tell me that over the phone? I couldn't move my stuff in until the next day and not once did they apologize or appear empathetic in any way. Instead the store manager went on to lecture me and bragged about how she carries her policy on her phone at all times. Good grief! Who carries their homeowners insurance in their phone? The only reason I'm using them at this point is because I had a packed Uhaul with nowhere else to go. Zero stars for these folks. So rude, loud, and just all around obnoxious.

- Getting into this storage facility was great. The person at the front was super friendly, helpful, and personable. She took me around to show me the unit, and explained step by step how to use the app and get access to everything I needed. Having everything app controlled, even the elevator, is strange, but it makes things safer in a way, and easy access. It is pretty simple to be able to use the dollies, as well. You just leave an ID with the front desk and go get them near the entramcw you're using. The one thing that is a bit inconvenient is that there is only one person at the front desk, so if they are out showing a unit, you have to wait outside until they come back if you have a question or want your ID back. Other than that, it is a great place so far. Plus, the pricing is better than other places I was looking at or have been.
