Are Movers licensed and insured?

Some Movers are, some Movers are not. Please check the Movers' profiles for insurance and licensing information. If the Movers are licensed, they will publish their license information (USDOT#) in their profile. Movers Corp does not insure or protect Customers or Movers.

What services are offered?

Movers at Movers Corp provide wide range of moving services that include taking apart your furniture and wrapping your furniture and appliances at your original address, transporting the goods to the destination, unloading and reassembling furniture at the new location (local moves only).

How do I contact Movers?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Movers Corp including the Mover's contact information. In addition, the requested Mover will contact you within 24 hours of placing the order.

Do Movers work on weekends and holidays?

In most areas they do. Just enter your zip code and desired moving day to find available Movers.

Do Movers hook/unhook appliances?

Movers will handle the major appliances' transportation, but usually you need to hook/unhook your household appliances for the move. Since under the State laws, most of the Movers are not allowed to temper with gas appliances. For more information refer to Preparing and Moving Appliances

Is there any minimum time requirement?

Some Movers may require minimum hours of service. For more accurate information please check Movers' profiles.

Very rough with furniture (scratches). Scratched the walls of our new home. Very rough with the washer. Hooked it up at the new house and the inside tub now has a hole in it. Flooded our laundry room in new house. It worked at the previous home.

Move scheduled 7-9. Did not show up until 8:30am. Jamal tried moving my heavy computer desk by himself and damaged the left side. The other mover with him admonished him about this. Also, once move was complete Jamal had the audacity to ask for a tip.

Movers damaged sheetrock, marked walls, paint and marks on furniture. This causing us additional cost for repairs.

Hispanic gentleman helped with my move, he said he did not have a helper nor any appliance dollies hence will have to postpone, Thankfully I had a dolly that I rented along with the U-Haul and offered to help him with the moving to convince him to come
Mover response: Very untrue, this client booked last min unloading help, driver got a hold of client to give him time to go to office and grab supplies and helper, client said he was in a rush and would help. All our serves come with 2 movers.
