How soon do I need to schedule my move?

Reservation is based on availability. In order to ensure the desired day, place your order as soon as possible. Usually, the weekends and the end of the month are peak times in the moving industry.

Are Movers licensed and insured?

Some Movers are, some Movers are not. Please check the Movers' profiles for insurance and licensing information. If the Movers are licensed, they will publish their license information (USDOT#) in their profile. Movers Corp does not insure or protect Customers or Movers.

Are Movers employees of Movers Corp?

No, they are not. They are moving services providers in their areas.

What services are offered?

Movers at Movers Corp provide wide range of moving services that include taking apart your furniture and wrapping your furniture and appliances at your original address, transporting the goods to the destination, unloading and reassembling furniture at the new location (local moves only).

What type of equipment do Movers provide?

Usually the hourly rate includes a moving truck, moving blankets, dollies, bungee cords, straps, tools for disassembling and assembling of your furniture. For more accurate information, please refer to Movers' profiles.

Is there anything that Movers will not move?

There are some items Movers do not transport such as jewelry, cash, hazardous materials, firearms because of existing rules and regulations. You can contact your Movers directly before the moving day if you have any specific questions. For more information refer to What Not To Pack and Move page.

Our movers, Cecil & (sorry, I cant remember the name of other mover) we exceptional. They we on time. listened to what we wanted. Continuously asked if we needed anything else. Were kind and courteous. A wonderful experience! THANK YOU!!!

The movers were very nice. Always asked where to put things. They never complained even though we were on the third floor. They very willingly moved two pieces of furniture in kitchen after I had initially told them the wrong location. They even helped me unload several items from my car. They made sure I was happy with everything. My only regret is that I had planned on tipping them more than what the credit card machine allowed.

I needed an assistance with moving some heavy furniture from downstairs to upstairs of our home. The movers did a good job on a short notice. The pricing was reasonable as stated, no surprise charges. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

I called the number to get a little more information on what's involved in a moving company's costs and times. The man on the phone took the time to break down all the details for me and explain me the whole process. The actual movers were extremely friendly and professional too. They certainly worth every penny spent. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Both movers were friendly and professional. They called ahead of time to update us when they were on their way. They showed up on time and went straight to work! They paid attention to details and were careful with our valuables. I will be recommending to friends as well.

The movers were terrific! They had to move my belongings into my truck without the use of a workable ramp on the truck! (Budget rental truck.) They worked super hard and fast, in spite of that. I was very pleased!

I had an appointment last Thursday at 3:30pm they came at 6:00 pm couldn't see anymore rescheduled for Sunday 7:30am. 1 mover came at 8:15am 2nd at 9am. Paid for 6 hours on a job that should've been 4 hours top. Didn't put washer and dryer in place
